Large-scale statue in realistic style crafted in marble representing Miguel de Unamuno who, by its location, contemplates the mountain of La Muda. The work is situated in Montaña Quemada because Unamuno himself expressed his desire to be buried there in case he could not do so in Salamanca. The work was sketched by the painter Juan Ismael.
